I am Tiffany Burney-Allen, an HR Consultant with a passion for helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. My journey began in the field of Speech-Language Pathology, where I developed a deep commitment to empowering others. Over the years, this passion evolved, and in 2021, I made the exciting transition into Human Resources, focusing on talent acquisition and retention within the education sector.
